We encourage clients, family members, representatives, employees and other stakeholders to raise concerns if they are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service.
All complaints will be treated seriously, fairly and confidentially.
How to Make a Complaint
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can work towards a resolution.

What Happens Next?
Upon receiving a complaint, we will:

Acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 2 working days

Investigate the concerns raised thoroughly and fairly

Keep you informed throughout the process where appropriate

Provide a written response outlining our findings and any actions taken

Use feedback to improve the quality and safety of our services
We aim to resolve complaints as quickly as possible and, wherever practicable, within 20 days.
If You Remain Dissatisfied
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you may request that the matter is reviewed further.

Whistleblowing
Employees and workers who have concerns regarding safety, malpractice or wrongdoing are encouraged to raise concerns through our Whistleblowing Policy.
Concerns raised in good faith will be treated seriously and investigated appropriately.

All complaints, concerns, compliments and feedback are reviewed to help us improve our services and ensure we continue to deliver safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led care.
